Through this assignment, I was able to gain a better understanding of my leadership strengths in the Five Practices, the DISC Profile Preference, the e3 scale strengths, and my individual influence. I used Canva to create this infographic. The required skills included editing and organizing the information that I had received about my leadership strengths throughout the course.
